Many of the most successful companies on the planet originate from humble beginnings, and Klugonyx Group is no different. It all began in a simple one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Salt Lake City, Utah, where founder and CEO Jason Klug fell in love with the process of turning ideas into tangible reality.
In his early years as a mechanical engineer, Klug learned the ropes while designing iPad enclosures for big names such as Groupon, Apple, Microsoft, Panera Bread, etc.. With a little bit of patience and a whole lot of dedication, Klug gained valuable insight into the world of product development- the systems, the processes, the discipline. With the taste of success and the resolve to overcome failure, Klug soon decided that designing iPad enclosures was not enough- he wanted to create everything and anything possible. He was ready to expand his horizons and take it to the next level.
From there he took the leap of faith.
Armed with nothing but a laptop computer, some software, and his own 3-D printer, Klug hit the ground running and never looked back. He started creating his own prototypes from home and cast a wide net- from bike pedals to ski poles to phone accessories- anything under the sun was fair game. He wanted to see as many ideas as possible, help as many people as possible, and make as many dreams come true as possible. Soon, Klug realized that he was able to create anything his heart desired.
…and now, so can you!
CEO / FOUNDER
Product Design is what I do, but my passion is entrepreneurship. I understand the calculated risk that entrepreneurs need to make their dreams realities–from a napkin drawing to a scalable design. I enjoy to hear other entrepreneurs’ vision and see how I can help them make it tangible.
