About Allyse:
Allyse Jackson is the founder and CEO of Beehive Meals, a women-owned and operated business based in Utah. After prepping 60-80 freezer meals for her family while pregnant with her first child, Allyse started sharing her extras with neighbors in need and discovered the joy of serving others. In August 2019, she turned her passion for cooking into a business, providing pre-assembled slow cooker-ready freezer meals delivered straight to customers' front doors.
Under Allyse's leadership, Beehive Meals has become a rapidly growing company that employs 65 people and runs 14 delivery vans throughout Utah, Idaho, and Arizona. Her dedication to making family dinner a priority has earned Beehive Meals two Best of State awards, a 2022 Fast 50-emerging growth award from Utah Business, and a 2022 Community Favorite Business Award. Allyse was also recognized by Utah Business as one of the 20 in their 20s.
Despite the company's rapid growth, Allyse remains committed to her mission of helping families make time for each other by removing the busy work from meal preparation. Through Beehive Meals, she has found a way to combine her love of cooking with her desire to serve others, and she continues to inspire others with her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to her community.
