Ideation & Product Design
Our bread and butter is bringing ideas from napkin scribbles to real products. We got into this game to get our hands dirty and we love finding new challenges. When you work with us, we craft a multi-step design process based on your product’s needs. We dive deep into brainstorming, sketching, mockups and whatever else it takes. Our design team will research, ideate, and refine with you. We believe in collaboration with our clients and feel this is integral to the success of our design process.
Engineering & Prototyping
Have engineering but no design? Have nothing but a good idea? We have it all. Our engineers create production ready CAD models, build prototypes, work closely with our designers to tweak, learn, and refine your product. We’ve dipped more than just our toes into hard goods, soft goods, packaging, technology, baby, pets, home and basically anything else we can get our hands on. We understand how products are built beyond the literal sense. We’ve worked with start-ups and established brands in a way that showcases the value of everyone and everything involved. There’s no I in team or in Klugonyx... coincidence?
Manufacturing & Production
Manufacturing can be a major speed bump in bringing a project from prototype to actual product. To smooth this over, we decided to do this work for you. Our team in Dongguan, China is there to help with everything you need during the manufacturing sourcing process of your product. We vet factories to find you the highest quality facility for each challenge. We work with 50+ factories and have a master list of where to mold silicone, where to sew finely detailed bags, where to cast metal parts, and much, much more. We do a thorough quality control check for every production run and help direct effective assembly. We can do this backwards, forwards, and in our sleep (and sometimes we have to since Dongguan is 14 hours ahead of Salt Lake City).
